How frustrating! Luckily, that usually means it was simply scanned incorrectly by the carrier - in situations like this, the order almost always arrives within the next 3 days or so! If it's been 3 days since your "delivered" notification, please let me know - I'm more than happy to help out!
It sounds like your order missed its initial scans from the post office. But no worries - this is unfortunately quite common and hardly ever impacts the actual delivery of the order!That said, if this order still hasn't arrived or shown any tracking updates after 10 days of you receiving the shipping notification, just let me know. Yes - any additional fees for any order (regardless of cost) will be the responsibility of the buyer to complete to receive the package.
The only exception is additional postage needing to be paid due to a shipping weight error on my end - in this case, please let me know!
Absolutely not - however, if you are not located in the USA, I always recommend adding your phone number! Many international customs processes require a phone number on the parcel for final delivery; adding it during checkout helps both of us out in the long run and gets the order to you quicker and without additional hassle!
